Welcome to The Texas Game Barn, your private Texas recreation getaway! The barn is situated on a private five acres, giving guests plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors as well as everything inside. This property will keep your whole family entertained with basketball, Pickleball, a fitness center, billiards, foosball table, shuffleboard table, ping-pong, lots of arcade games, a full kitchen and sleeping for eight. Come and explore walking trails that wind through the woods, enjoy the peaceful country setting, or gather around the outdoor fire pit. It’s a fun-filled recreation weekend all in one place.


Ground Floor

The first floor is designed for fun and fitness, featuring:

* Two indoor pickleball nets
* Half Court indoor basketball space
* Fully equipped weight room
* Full bathroom
* Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator
* Comfortable sitting area

Please note that the ground-floor recreation area is not heated or air-conditioned. The space has three large garage doors that can be opened to create airflow and allow a breeze through the building. 2 large fans are also provided.

This area has an unfinished concrete floor with pickleball court lines clearly marked. Sporting equipment is provided.


Second Floor

Head upstairs to the entertainment level, where you’ll find:

* Spacious game room with WiFi
* Pool table
* Ping-pong table
* Foosball table
* Shuffle Board Table
* Arcade games
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Full bathroom
* Sleeping accommodations for up to 3 guests (pullout couch and fold out mattress)


Third-Floor Loft

The open third-floor loft overlooks the game room and provides additional sleeping space for up to 5 guests, with a king-size bed and three twin beds, including one pop-up trundle.

Because of the roofline, the outer edges of the loft have lower head clearance of approximately 5'3", while the center reaches approximately 6'7", providing plenty of standing room.

Please note: The loft is directly beneath the metal roof, so rain can be quite loud during storms. Light sleepers may prefer one of the lower-level sleeping accommodations.

Outdoor Area

Step outside and gather around the fire pit, or play some cornhole and grill out under the covered outdoor area. Your crew can enjoy the peaceful country setting while grilling some hotdogs and lounging in our comfortable rocking lounge chairs. We have several outdoor games available under the 1,200 square foot covered space. It’s a great place to watch the sunrise or unwind in the evening after a full day of games and activities.

The Texas Fun House offers a one-of-a-kind getaway where you can relax, play, or enjoy nonstop entertainment. Our recreation barn was designed for spending quality time together and making memories with your favorite people.



Event Rentals

Your reservation includes up to 7 overnight guests plus 5 additional daytime visitors at no extra charge (12 people total).

Want to invite more friends or family? No problem! Additional daytime visitors are $20 per person, per day, beginning with the 14th guest. This helps us keep our games, equipment, and facilities in great condition for everyone to enjoy.

Planning a party or gathering with 20 or more people? We offer special event rental options, with pricing based on the total number of guests attending. All events require advance approval, and additional guidelines may apply.



House Rules

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain on the property with their guests.
- No smoking or vaping inside the building.
- No pets, except service animals as required by law.
- We love celebrations! However, parties and organized events must be approved in advance and may require separate event pricing.
- A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID may be required before check-in.
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 7 guests, not including infants.
- Your reservation includes up to 12 people onsite at no additional charge: 7 overnight guests and 5 daytime visitors.
- Additional daytime visitors are $20 per person, per day, beginning with the 13th person onsite. All visitors must be approved in advance.
