• Strictly no parties
• No functions, events, or additional guests
• No schoolies
• The responsible renter must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping on the premises
• No BYO BBQs or grills
• No loud noise after 10:00 PM
• The property must be treated with care and left tidy
Failure to comply with these terms and house rules may result in significant fees.
