« We took our dog and had some friends stay for a couple of days. Great set up with 2 seperate units in the one house. Fully fenced so good for the dog as well. A bit of a walk to the beaches, but a nice location on the river, handy to everything. »

« Did the job. Very noisy late night foot traffic from pub woke us up several times every night. Very hot little fibro building. Often cooler outside. Air conditioner could not cool bedrooms. Otherwise great location. »

« Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed! »

« The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre. »

« Fantastic beach holiday apartment, spacious, clean, and walking distance to cafe, beach and angourie rock pools. Kids loved the loft bed and playing darts in the garage! Peter made it easy to check in and left us a few extras so we had the basics when we checked in. Definitely recommend. »
