  • Welcome to Red Bluff House.

    Our family home was designed and built by us in 2016 and is a certified Passiv-Haus. We love the large open-plan living which is perfect for entertaining and get-togethers. The large patio area and garden are great for relaxing at home, having BBQ’s or just to enjoy the countryside.

    You will not be short of amenities here or things to do as you will even have access to a tennis court.

    Our house is a great base to explore many tourist destinations such as Stonehenge and Winchester.

The house is an excellent setting for a large family gathering. It is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable and the children loved the large garden and in particular, the tree swing.Elle’s mum, Diana, who lived next door, provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth check in and out process and made us feel very welcome. A great find and we would certainly stay again.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property! The entire place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and highly responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.The kitchen was well-kept and excellently equipped with everything required for cooking. It is also a super family-friendly property, and the excellent green outdoor space was a massive highlight for us. All of the facilities were top-notch. We would easily rate this 5 out of 5 stars!

We had a wonderful weekend here with friends and our children. There is a great open plan living space that opens out onto comfortable outside seating and the garden. There is a great cinema room but the huge garden with climbing frame, football posts, swing and access to a tennis court meant the children didn’t actually use it much. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying at Red Bluff House!

Amazing!

I am glad I chose this accommodation for my 30th.The scenery was lovely, the house was fully equipped, kitchen and utilities too.The house is very modern and relaxing, the cinema room was just out of this world. The hosts were lovely, as were their parents who checked us in.Highly recommend this property.

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful house. There is everything you could ever need here. We feel so safe and comfortable. The host's Mum Diana is such a lovely lady who is so thoughtful! It was a perfect 3 day family break where ages range from 6 to 85!

Lovely house with so much to offer

We loved our stay. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of space to sleep and do activities! House is really well designed and super comfortable. Great hosts and I felt well taken care of.

We have just come back from an absolutely wonderful weekend at Red Bluff. We didn't leave the house at all during our stay! It was a reunion with my friends including all of our children altogether under one roof and the space was fantastic for this! We were all so comfortable and had everything we needed to keep us all entertained and comfortable. The big swing at the end of the garden and the cinema room were a huge hit with our young children! There were plenty of games, books and outdoor toys too. The house was really clean and extremely well equipped - it had everything we needed. The communication from the hosts was fantastic. Everything was made incredibly easy for us. Think we may have to make this an annual trip if its available again! Thank you so much Elle, Ben & Dianna for letting us stay in your beautiful home :)

We stay in a lot of different properties. And this was one of the best. The bedrooms and facilities upstairs were great and having air con (heat pump source thing which I don't fully understand) was great. But the downstairs and outside space were brilliant. The Kitchen was fabulous with everything we needed their. and the living space was brilliant. The sliding doors allowed the inside to be outside and in the evenings this just felt like being abroad. The outside gardens had everything the kids wanted or needed so they all loved it as well. Without doubt a house we will look to use again and a place we will recommend to go (already have)Thank you PS and your Mums were lovely too (especially the England flags etc being added to our welcome pack. Brilliant idea thank you )

We had an amazing long weekend at this property with our group of friends and kids (between 6 and 10yrs). The weather was lovely, so we took full advantage of the great outdoor dining / lounge area while the kids played in the large garden. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the large stock of board games and outdoor games for the kids, and the cinema room was great. We also used the tennis court next door, which was an added bonus! We spent a fun afternoon at Finkley Down Farm which was a 15 min drive away - highly recommended! The host was friendly and accommodating, and was really helpful with our questions such as an early check-in and accommodating a camper van. We would not hestiate to book again!

Great place for a family weekend away

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the house. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The layout was perfect for a large family gathering, the cinema room was genuinely better than an actual cinema and the kids (aged from 3 to 8) loved the garden and the tennis court.

Excellent place for a family weekend

We very much enjoyed our weekend at the house. The accommodation is very comfortable, extremely clean and well-equipped with plenty of space for an extended family group. We loved the large garden tennis court and cinema room. The hosts' communication, welcome and helpfulness were excellent.

Great place for a get together

Smart, well-stocked, spacious home. Large garden was excellent for the dogs. We had really hot weather, and the terrace was a great place to just chilled. Good place for our family reunion. Thanks Elle, Ben and 'the Mum's' !

Don’t hesitate - just book it!

We all had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Red Bluff House. The house is even better than the pictures suggest. The flow of the kitchen area/living space/outdoor area was perfect for our two families (4 adults & 4 kids). Nothing was too much trouble for Elle and her mother and all their recommendations for local pubs etc were spot on.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! There were 10 adults and 2 children in our group, and the space was perfect for all of us—comfortable, spacious, and very well-equipped.We stayed for 2 nights over Easter to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better setting. We enjoyed a lovely barbecue and spent quality time together without ever feeling cramped. The house had everything we needed, and the atmosphere made the celebration extra special.The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early and offering flexibility with check-out, which we really appreciated—it made the whole experience stress-free and even more enjoyable.A special mention to her mum and mother-in-law, who were both very kind and welcoming—they really added a lovely personal touch to our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for group stays, family gatherings, or special occasions. We would definitely love to come back!

Perfect family stay

We have just returned from a family weekend and we had the most wonderful time. Communication prior to our arrival was clear and concise, check in was smooth. The attention to detail in this home was second to none, we were left wanting for nothing. The property itself is stunning, comfortable and had everything you needed. Location was beautiful and it was so peaceful.I would highly recommend this property, in fact we hope to return at some point as it is a real gem of a find!Thank you so much.Linda

Friends and Family Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The house was spacious and clean with a huge outdoor area which the children loved. The hosts were friendly, helpful and flexible with checkin and checkout. The house had everything we could have needed. The fresh coffee was a great touch too. Some great activities for children in the area though our's were more than satisfied with the tree swing on it's own! I would 100% recommend this property to anyone considering it.

Superb Home

We had a fantastic stay at Red Bluff House. As a large group including adults and children, the house had every amenity we needed. From the generous open plan living and dining area, to the cinema room and the huge outdoor space with lots of seating and activities for kids. The huge selection of puzzles and board games was a great added touch. Everything was clean, modern and in excellent condition. Hosts were very responsive to our needs during the stay. Highly recommended!
