« Hotel not only offers washer and dryer for free but also they can help you do the cleaning if you are too busy to do yourself, very helpful staff. Location is good, I'm able to take bus from summer palace to hotel front door. Bus also goes to some other attractions door to door »

« Exceptional service! We lost a phone in a taxi at 2am and the staff assisted in contacting the driver and recovering the phone quickly. They went above and beyond. They also do laundry for free, and we had breakfast included. The location is great for accessing tourist sites, and there are many food options nearby. Would highly recommend! »

« From desk manager of Tim is very helpful for addressing my issue. »

« Oui Voyage parfait.

« The staff was very help full and Kind, however compering price vs quality, i think it is expensive. For sure there are other cheaper options. Pls be aware i has to book in the last minute due to my previous hotel cance My reservation, therefore i has to find something immediately »

« The room was good enough for me, all i needed for a solo traveller. No english speaking on reveption tho so need the translator. Not too much within walking distance so good job taxi's are reasonably priced. To be fair everything in beijing is quite far from one another »

« This is a terrible hotel. The air conditioning doesn't work, and there's no storage for clothes. I booked a 10-day stay with my wife and child. When I saw the room, I decided to leave. The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD. It was a really bad experience. »
