« We had a problem with arriving 04/13/2025. At four PM, the room was not ready. Later a first room was given but when coming in, it has not been cleaned. A second room was attributed but it was the same. Then a third room was given and it was update. This courtesy has been appreciated by my wife and me. Except that incident the stay in this hotel was perfect. »

I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities. »

"Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!"
