« We had a problem with arriving 04/13/2025. At four PM, the room was not ready. Later a first room was given but when coming in, it has not been cleaned. A second room was attributed but it was the same. Then a third room was given and it was update. This courtesy has been appreciated by my wife and me. « We were awakened in the middle of the night by someone trying to get into our room. I contacted the front desk who blew me off saying to go back to sleep, clearly guest going to wrong room.
