Swanky 5 chambres 4. 5 salles de bain maison (3 Master Suites)

Magnifiquement amélioré la maison avec trois roi de Californie avec salle de bains et deux chambres d'enfants avec deux lits superposés. L'une des chambres des maîtres est détachée de la maison et l'entrée est située près du patio. Toutes les chambres ont 47 'TV LCD avec télévision par câble.

Les salles de bains ont toutes été améliorées avec des comptoirs en granit, des armoires à panneaux personnalisés, des sols en travertin et des incrustations en travertin / marbre personnalisées. La chambre des deux enfants partage une salle de bain complète dans le couloir.

La cuisine à aire ouverte partielle a des comptoirs en granit, des armoires à panneaux personnalisés et des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisinière / four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement dix personnes avec des sièges supplémentaires à une deuxième table et un comptoir de cuisine. Juste à côté de la cuisine est la demi-salle de bain et laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur pour les clients.

Le salon principal dispose d'une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit et d'un service téléphonique gratuit aux États-Unis et au Canada. Grâce à la porte coulissante en verre, vous avez beaucoup d'espace pour vous divertir dans la cour arrière privée. Il y a une belle piscine creusée et un jacuzzi, un barbecue extérieur au gaz naturel, un ensemble de patio et des chaises supplémentaires. La salle de jeux a ping-pong, piscine et air hockey. Il y a des poussettes, pack n 'play, rehausseur et chaise haute pour vos bébés et tout-petits. Matelas pneumatique queen-size disponible dans la maison pour une literie supplémentaire.

Tous les meubles, meubles neufs depuis janvier 2015. Belle courte promenade à Disney & Disney tram. La maison a l'air central et la chaleur. Regardez les feux d'artifice Disney depuis les cours arrière / avant.

The house fit our group of 8 perfectly. Couch, dining room table, enough bathrooms, dishes, towels. Few things to note was the alarm system was a pain. You can not leave any doors open or else it will sound. The heating system was not the best and the back master bathroom has a motion sensor light that turns the light off when you are in the shower and you are left with 1 small light on assuming you turn on all the switches. For me the biggest pain was keeping the house at a comfortable temp

Wonderful house! Close to lots of restaurants and shopping and of course Disneyland! We just had 4 of us in our party and there was so much space! The game room and pool were a hit!

Pros and Cons but overall good

Pros: Heated pool, a jacuzzi that fits a big group, 3 ensuites, 5 bathrooms. Plenty of room for a big group to dine together, and its close to Disneyland. The kitchen was a nice size with all the utensils and appliances provided. The beds are spacious with clean linens. Every room has a fan and TV. The water is steaming hot (a pro or a con depending on if you like really hot showers. Sort of dangerous for seniors or kids. You will have to be careful, the temperature can be unpredictable)Cons: The biggest drawback was the child alarms to the pool. Having to remind nine guests to push the bypass button that provides 8 seconds to get through before the alarm goes off is extremely annoying and stressful. (Maybe put up a fence to the pool with a gate code instead) The guests staying at the casita needed to go through two bypass alarms to get to their room. The 3 car limit was rough. Our party had to carpool & it made it difficult to split and do different activities at various times. Posted at the home it reads 4 car limit which made our guests frustrated & confused.The bathroom light in the master room across from the casita is on a sensor. So if you are taking a shower, the lights will turn off every 3 minutes and leave you in the dark. You'll have to open the shower door, let the steam out, drip on the floor, & wave your hands to turn the light back on. Many of our guests (and previous reviews) suggested towel hooks in the bathroom & floor lamp in living room.

Great location

Property as described and easy to get to Disneyland from the homes location. Even though most of our time was spent out of the house due to time at the parks, when we were at the house it was very relaxing in the pool and in the house. The accommodations are great! Fantastic communication as well!!

PTSD from the pool door alarms plus many other flaws

This house is perfectly fine, except that every single door that accesses the back yard has ear-splitting-loud door alarms, which are apparently required per code. Unless you remember to push a little button, they blare insanely loud alarms all through the house waking everybody up. At some point, the bypass button stopped working, so the noise was the only way to enter or exit.Second complaint, is that immediately after renting the place, I ended up with several pieces of spam texts and emails about insurance and groceries etc. The rental isnt actually booked through VRBO (which would be great) but requires a laborous contract via annaheim vacation rentals.The place is so full of crazy rules and threats that it really is not relaxing or comfortable to stay there.Also, the bedding material was very static-y and shocked me all night long.

Stay while at Disney with the grandkids

Home was great! Rooms were clean and bonus was having so many bathrooms. The two primary suites were a plus. My husband and I stayed in the casita where the second primary suite was giving us a quiet space away from the kids. Hot tub was amazing and heated up quickly when we were ready to use it. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. The Pool alarms took a bit of getting used to but were comforting having since we had 3 toddlers on our stay. We ended up driving to Disney since we felt the long walk home would be tiring after a full day at the park. All in all the house was perfect for our needs.

Awesome place conveniently located close to the park.

Roomy and comfortable is what this place was. The living room was great, and kitchen was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need. We used one of their available strollers in the park- a real blessing. The pool was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the third master suite, as it had to be accessed from the outside by the pool, and we didn't have a third adult couple to stay in it. The kids would have loved to have that room, but we didn't want them that far away. Five stars!

Family Vacation

The property is in a great location. Super fun pool in the backyard. Comfortable and clean. Property management has some work to do. We are Premier Hosts on Vrbo and manage our own listing. If guests are experiencing a challenge or have a question, 12-36 hour response time is challenging and frustrating, especially given that guests are required to report any issues within 8 hours of check-in.

Perfect for a Disneyland family Christmas

Great place for a large family Disneyland adventure. Seven adults and four teens. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and amenities. Pool, Hot Tub and Game Room were great. The door alarms for the doors accessing the Pool area were annoying, however understand why they are needed. Another drawback is lack of hooks or hangers for towels in bathrooms. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working, however the property manager provided bags of ice. Additionally the dishwasher door is hard to close properly and is in need of repair

Great Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room here for a family with tons of amenities; comfy beds, towels, a well supplied kitchen, laundry facilities and a large screen tv in every room. The casita is wonderful little addition for some quiet time. The pool is gorgeous and the game room was a real hit with the kids too.

Not AS Advertised

This property is showing its age. Advertised as luxury home, but definitely not in top condition. The dishwasher would not stay closed. The door kept falling down, finally I folded up a piece of paper towel and wedged it in the door, as I was afraid someone would get up in the middle of the night and walk into it. 2 days into our stay I was told to slam it hard to get it to catch. Just what I wanted to do, break it so I could buy a new one. If you already knew it was an issue, why haven’t you replaced it? The countertop at sink has a long cut into the Formica. It’s very sharp, someone could get cut on it. I tried to start the spa at 7:30pm one evening. It would not turn on. Finally at 9:30 I got a hold of the maintenance man and he turned it on remotely. It warmed up and we sat in the tub for 10 minutes and then were told to go inside and it shut off. Not very enjoyable. I paid too much!

Nice House

House was nice with a few minor things: ice maker didn’t work (they were kind enough to bring over a bag of ice), dishwasher had to be shut very hard to get to stay closed, and the alarms were annoying until you understood properly how to work them. My sister-in-law also mentioned spraying for spiders as upwards of five were found inside. My number one thing I would have liked differently (and would have appreciated knowing beforehand), was that the lowest you could put the thermostat on was 72 degrees. To most people this might be fine but a few of us our hot sleepers and come from cooler states so we slept uncomfortably hot even with the fans on. Nice house though and seven minute drive to Disneyland and California Adventure was nice.

Loved that three of the rooms had their own private baths. All of the extra amenities like pool floaters for the kids, several nice strollers for mom to use and plenty of towels and extra bedding made this a very nice stay.

Beautiful home in great location! The home has 3 master suites, so it was perfect for our growing family. Close to Disney, which is what we wanted. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it's beautiful. I would book this property again without hesitation!

Wonderful stay for big family with kids

Wish we stayed one more night to enjoy the pool and game room. Very nice accommodations. Didn’t take too long to figure out the child alarm system. We ended up walking back one night from Disneyland and it wasn’t bad at all. Just be careful where you walk out in front. I stepped on dog poop that was right next to the driveway.
