The home was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Having a pool for the kids was fun. The home had basic necessities which was nice. I bought paper plate/utensils as there wasn’t enough dishes for us, but I didn’t have that expectation, so it wasn’t an issue. Plenty of bath towels. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Overall, we loved it!! The pool house was cute! I would stay again!!

Pool was great. The air-conditioning was great. We did see a couple instances of cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Communication was simple with the host. All of the rooms were comfortable. The location was great as well if you want to be close to the beaches and Disneyland.

The house is old but in a decent neighborhood only 8 minute car ride from Disney. One of the bathroom showers had an ant problem but someone came out and sprayed them right away. Pool was nice and clean but limited seating as some outdoor furniture was broken. Beds were really comfortable. AC kept the home cool. Kitchen had everything to make meals other than baking sheets for the oven. Megan the property manager was extremely professional and kind and super responsive via text. Coffee was provided which was a nice treat.

Overall, this is a very good experience. The property is mostly as described. The other reviews have some constructive feedback and it is accurate. It would not take much to bring this property up, but it is pretty typical for the area. I would and likely will stay here again.

My family truly enjoyed our stay at your home! It was more than accommodating for all of us, and the swimming pool was definitely the highlight for our kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. We would absolutely recommend this place to other families with children—thank you for a wonderful experience!

I would 100% go to this house again if it was available when I go to Cali next with my family. The beds and bedding were comfortable, it was a nice quiet neighbourhood, close to Disney and Knott’s— great location! I loved how it had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main house, and then a separate one bedroom one bath pool house, it worked really well for our family! I didn’t know it was two separate buildings for the 4 bedrooms until we arrived and we really loved it. I could see it being an issue if someone had a bunch of small children having one of the 4 bedrooms not in the main house though. House is your typical rental , bumps and bruises for sure, but if new and perfect condition isn’t important for you then this house is great, it’s not dirty or anything , just a little maintenance could be needed. My biggest complaint was arriving during a heat wave, after travelling all day — all the windows were shut and ac was off. The house was 94 degrees and took 3 hours to get it down into the 80’s. By the next morning it was comfortable in the 70’s. The air filter for the ac looked very old and very dirty so I think that slowed the cooling. The back little one bedroom house cooled down fast and was very cute and comfortable. We loved the pool. The pool enclosure was easy for my two year old to push past so if you have littles, bring door locks for the sliding door to get out to pool!! Could have used more Dishes and face cloths but we just went to Walmart and bought some!

Listing is accurate. Home is private, in a quiet area, and very comfortable. We liked the extra space with the extra apartment on the property. My kids enjoyed the pool and pacman games. House is fully stocked with everything you need. Disney parks 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and the disney theme added the extra touch my kids loved since we were here to go to Disneyland.

The pool was dirty and we did not use it. Not sure how much of that is the owner's fault, there was a big wind storm while we were there.The house was fine. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house and the Star Wars suite is in the pool house. I either missed that in the description or it isn't very clear. The pool house could use a good deep cleaning-- the shower had mildew growing in it. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, but the pictures definitely make it look bigger and nicer than it actually is.

The location was great; very close to Disneyland and the Disney themed rooms were super cute! My kids loved the pool. It was clean, but not a lot of floatie options. I gave it a 3 star rating due to it missing a few essential things. There was a lack of silverware, towels and basic cooking things such as foil. They also didn’t have cleaning things like a dust pan or working vacuum. Since the house sleeps 8, there should be a minimum of 8 things for all cooking. The property manager did stop by and we mentioned these things to him and he quickly went to the store and got us paper plates and silverware which we really appreciated. He also grabbed my kids little Bluey’s bowls. Overall we had a great stay, if all of the essential things were there I would have rated it a 5.

The pool was extremely dirty and unusable unfortunately. As well as we arrived right on time and the house wasn’t ready the cleaners were still in there cleaning so we had to wait for 15 minutes before we could enter which isn’t ideal after a long day of traveling.

This property has great potential for large groups of people, there is one house that has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with two comfortable showers and then there is a separate back house that has a shower, a bedroom and a small living and kitchen area. It has a good sized fenced pool for safety for children and fun. And it is so close to Disneyland….. The location is great because of this. The host is very attentive to request, response quickly and win above and beyond to make sure that our trip went smoothly.. He addressed every concern we had and took care of us. When in the area, we will definitely visit the spot again.

Dirty and unsafe; avoid this propertyI cannot recommend this rental. The house was extremely dirty, had moldy showers and burnt shower curtain liners. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay. There were no available outlets in the bedrooms. The furniture in the "Princess Room" was so flimsy and unstable that it felt like a safety hazard to the point that no one felt safe staying in that bed. To top it off, the linens were musty and the host failed to provide basic hand towels, and had no dishes in the guest house. The pictures in the profile tell a very different story, and we were all very excited to stay. Safe to say we had a very disappointing experience.

PROS: Although the house was small in square feet, the kitchen/dining area and the living room was spacious for our family. There were some streaming services available. Chairs were more comfortable than we anticipated; couch was low, but our 2 year old was able to climb up on it. Plenty of parking ... able to park 3 vehicles in driveway. Kids loved the Pac-Man game. Most of the house stayed cool with the AC, the owner had portable fans available (we did not need them). There was a playpen, highchair, strollers, and 3 large hampers... iron (but no ironing board), hair dryer. Nice appliances: dishwasher had bottle jets, fridge had ice/water dispenser, washer and dryer were large & quiet. Bathrooms had cabinets to store lots of toiletries. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets. There was a Walmart & Ralph's along with lots of restaurants only minutes away. Nice touch was the information binder supplied by the owner.CONS: Some of the kitchen cabinets were sticky, a couple of chairs were broken (1 outside and 1 inside), one towel bar was missing the bar, one area rug was curled up and a tripping hazard for the 2 year old, one bathroom didn't have shampoo/conditioner or bath soap, needed more hand towels, wash clothes, dish towels & wine glasses. Towels smelled musty (would have washed them with white vinegar, if supplied). I would recommend staying there to others.

The hosts communication was very slow making it difficult to handle issues. The unit is decent but needs some attention to several things. The protective barrier around the pool is not secure at all and could easily lead to a child drowning. The 2 gates to that pool enclosure do not stay latched and the enclosure has a huge gap at the fence area. I had to make sure our 3 year old grandson did not get outside of the house. The sheets and blankets are polyester. Need to have some good cotton sheets and blankets. The back unit really needs more shelf space in the bathroom. No place to put your toiletries as there is a very small sink area. The wood fence to get into the back unit is nearly impossible to open. Things just need to be maintained and updated to handle the needs of guests.

The house is not what is advertised. Incredibly cold and dank. Window coverings are old and barely cover the windows. Lights flicker. Water pressure is scant. Very little hot water. Not washing detergent for laundry. The pool had layers of scum and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The house had a layer of dust everywhere. The towels were scratchy. And the beds are very hard. Neighborhood is sketchy. Definitely not worth it. Look elsewhere. Pics make it look a lot better than it is.

The house is beautiful within itself. Chicken is very easy. Communication with the host sucks every time I try to communicate. I never got a reply a bit before my check-in during an after my check-in no communication. The only communication was when booking. But there was privacy. The real bad part is that the house is very beautiful but every single bed seems like it has bedbugs. We got beat up so much my husband my children everybody got bit. The pool is nice, but it is dirty and not once was it cleaned during our stay of 5 days it was dirty when we got there . Overall, nobody bothers you in the neighborhood is a very quiet neighborhood and a beautiful home overall. But for 2000 was it worth it . No

Terrible from start to finish. Started with Lawrence giving me the wrong address and the code. Using that address and code, I showed to a house that someone else was already occupying and let myself in. Thankfully they weren’t there, or they could have perceived me as a robber and done something terrible to me. Lawrence didn’t seem too concerned about this. It was scary. Fast forward to once I got the actual correct address. The table in the living room was broken and the glass top fell on my four year old. There weren’t enough sheets or blankets for the beds. There was no laundry detergent; I had to buy some. There were no pans to cook with. My mom let him know and we think he may have ordered some that arrived the last day, but he never told us to open the Amazon packages, so I can’t confirm that he did order some. No cutting board. The rooms have terrible window coverings so, sleep was poor due to the bright lighting in all rooms. The dishwasher fell out of the counter top every time we loaded it. The worst part - we saw three cockroaches in the bathroom. These were HUGE! I freaked out and killed them as quickly as possible. They were probably 2 inches long. They were coming out from behind the toilet. My kids were so scared and feared they were crawling in the bed. Lawrence said he’d fix it for the next people that visited and use an exterminator - that didn’t help us. Would not recommend this house! Still waiting on my partial refund which I have yet to receive.

The home was filthy. There is mold is almost all window areas. The floors if you walk across them barefoot, your feet turn black. The air conditioning froze on us the first night. The couch frame is broke. Lounge chairs out side broke. Doesn't look like pictures either. The filter completely plugged. The pool was green upon arrival( we didn't see until Sunday morning as we arrived late). I reached out to have it cleaned and Lawrence said he would. The pool only got worse. The pool guy arrived after 3 on Thursday, we were not there. When we got back late, there was hoses laid out over walkways. This is completely unacceptable as traveling with handicap. The pool guy came back on Friday morning. I asked him what's going on and he stated that Lawrence never reached out to him, and he has asked Lawrence multiple times prior to have it cleaned 2 times a week as house is rented a lot. I asked Lawrence to adjust our stay, he has ghosted me.
