I really wanted this hotel to pleasantly surprise me. It definitely missed the mark. You get what you pay for. Location is not nearly as close to Disneyland as it seems. Its at least a 20 minute walk just to Downtown Disney and that is NOT the best way to start your day. Facility needs to be updated. Walls are paper thin, beds are terrible, rooms are stuffy, outdated air conditioning units, outdated in room coffee station, no fan in the bathroom, single pane windows, obviously has layers and layers of paint on the walls. The room was very clean and staff helpful but that was not enough to outweigh the condition of the hotel. After our first night we booked a reservation at the Disneyland Hotel for the remainder of our stay. Again, you get what you pay for.
