« Upon arrival there was no working internet or TV. We spent the first few hours of our stay trying to communicate with our host and resolve this issue. Most supplies that were listed as available were not, for instance no plastic bags to dispose of the used toilet paper that we were instructed not to flush in the toilet, no hand soap or garbage bags.
