« Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that. »

« We had such an AMAZING stay at the Pinnacle. The hotel was charming, the personnel so thoughful, helpful and happy to be there. The decoration and ambiance in the room was beautiful, cozy and relaxing. We slept so well. The cuisine was well equiped and clim/warm were quiet and worked perfectly. I really recommend you the Pinnacle, you will be received like a Queen/King. Thank you for the enjoyable stay :-) :-) :-) oh, and not to gorget, the location is also just perfect, everything is close...

"The room was very comfortable. I came to this hotel to celebrate my birthday. There was however quite a lot of noise in the room due to the street traffic, which can be disturbing. Despite this, I had an extraordinary stay. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a wide variety of choices and high-quality products. A big thank you to the housekeeping lady and to the reception team for all the thoughtful touches and the envelopes provided during my stay. I would also like to warmly thank the hotel for the lovely birthday cake, which was offered and delivered to my room on the day of my birthday so I could celebrate it. Ariane"
