« Anything that went "wrong" is to be expected of an old house: thin walls and windows, creaky floors, doorknobs you kinda have to fiddle with. My group loved it. It was such a cozy stay in the type of house that is so unique to the Northeast. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance of downtown. »

« This is my go to rental for visits to the Albany area. Good food nearby and easy to walk to. Safe part of town, never felt concerned about my vehicle. Parking kind of sucks as it's busy during the day but I didn't mind parking across the street. Chris is a very considerate host, great communication and super helpful. I would recommend any of his listings. »

« We had a fabulous time over the high action Belmont race weekend. There were 8 old friends (4 couples) and it was a great stay. You are right down in the middle of Saratoga's late night fun, close to everything.The loft is super charming. We highly recommend this to friends, or anyone(21 and older) who are looking for a high energy late night Saratoga weekend. »

« Our stay was so comfortable, with Kristin always accessible and helpful! We ended up spending much of our stay at the apartment due to illness and work, and it was delightful.
