« The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location! »

« Cozy little house on the water! We loved sitting out in the deck enjoying the scenery and the breeze. There were plenty of chairs for the whole family to come and visit and relax outdoors. Beds are very comfortable. We got to meet the host in person and Mike is great! Thanks for a wonderful stay. »

« Property has everything necessary. Privacy, space indoors and out, parking. Full kitchen. Clean. Close to stores, food and entertainment, Public transportation. For me it was perfect to go and visit family and friends and to have them visit me. I would definitely reserve this place again. »

« The property was wonderful for our family of 6 traveling for our Adelphi grad’s ceremony. Angela provided treats upon arrival and surprised us with a special cake for the grad and a bottle of wine. The property is in a great location to get around this area of Long Island. »

« This is a quaint property located off the main road going through town but you would never know it. It is quiet and tranquil. Property is clean and well maintained. The owner has provided many amenities, my husband appreciated the well stocked coffee"nook." We walked everywhere and it was fun to explore the waterfront. « Dr C (Cynthia) was an amazing hostess to us from beginning to end. Her place was nice and cozy, and very clean. There were nice touches throughout to make you feel at home, and she also greeted us with a welcome basket of treats. There's a lovely deck out back, where Dr C set up a nice table setting for us to enjoy eating outdoors if we wanted to. « Close walk to the beach in a nice frendly neighborhood. The place was gorgious, though the linens a little rough. Kyle was a kind and thourough manager who was availible when we needed him. Biggest issue was that a night had to park a block or two away »

We contacted Vacasa the rental management company and decided to leave the property and stay with friends as the windows were broken and shattered and the master bed was broken, no wifi, no functional washer and the list goes on.
