« We could not stay in this property, Exterior was overgrown, next to junkyard with misc items in yard, entered the property to an immediate sign stating "off limits" to the basement with a curtain--looked down to debris on steps and wife feeling unsafe. « I guess I could never stay in a place like this. Was not clean at all. Any outside areas are not usable.They are so filthy dirty. We arrived there and looked inside and said we are not staying here. What a way to start a weekend. I could say a lot more , but i'm not gonna. I'm just Saying it was pretty bad. »

« Mike was a great host and was FAST at communicating. I need to comment that I only gave 4 stars on cleaning. On special request, the host got the house ready a week early on the condition I agreed that it was not quite ready to his normal standards and we were the first guests ever in his new property. The yard was huge, no next neighbors crowding you. Kitchen has everything. Bathrooms furnished with towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. The river is just behind the house. We had fun wading,...

« The property was good. As we were with our family for the holiday, we weren't at the property much. It would work very well for a family with young children. There was a beautiful park across the street with play equipment and there's plenty of room for a family to spread out. Unfortunately, we are very tall people. The small size of the bathroom/shower facilities and the length of the mattresses proved to be problematic for us. »
