« The guy that was working the front desk on 5/8/26 around 3pm helped when my panicking wife called because I wasnt responded to get up for an early flight. He went above and beyond to clam my wife over the phone. I was unresponsive because of extremely low blood suger. He knocked on the door and kept calling the room till I came out of it and was able to bring my sugar up. I used to be one of America's heroes and today he was mine. Thank you! »

« The overall stay was really good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were cleaned every day upon my request and easily accessible to the downtown area. The beds are comfortable given that we came in 1 am and went straight to bed! The view was awesome and overall the stay was commendable. Thanks to the overall staff and we will definitely be back! »

« Our 2nd stay at this location. Room was clean and comfortable, the check in was fast and easy. Only issue was during the complimentary happy hour one of the staff that took our order said it was only good for one drink on the menu. No other choices. He/she/they/them then made a smart @ss comment saying that “it’s the only choice- get over it—-it’s free”. Being a bit intoxicated already I wasn’t in the mood to complain but the comment was not necessary. So if I wasn’t so intoxicated it likely...

« Old hotel. Very dark & creepy. Reminded me of the shining movie. Bar & resturant closed very. Staff was not ver accommodating. Room needs painting. »
