« We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! »

« Room just steps from a very clean beach with chairs, umbrellas and water included. Would have been nice to have a little more information upon check in. (Took 3 days for someone to let us know about the complimentary water) probably due to the check in Staff uninterested attitude. Everyone else including the check out staff were very pleasant. Room cleaned daily and always stocked with fresh towels, coffee and tea. »

« We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation.
