« Hi, Unfortunately, this apartment is not in good condition. It is very dated and urgently needs major renovations. In the bedroom, paint from the ceiling is falling off, and the bathroom is in extremely poor and unhygienic condition. « Great location and beautiful apartment as well. Highly recommendations!!! »

« The location was convenient for the purpose I was in Thessaloniki for. From the outside it looks a bit outdated as a building but the Eria Suites are only a floor of the building and that floor is very well maintained. The staff are excellent. Nothing short of perfect communication and easy to follow check in instructions. »
