« Todo super bien, muy limpio todo Lo que me sorprendió es que para el desayuno solo había huevos duros, yoghurt, galletas, café y té. Todo en mínima cantidad, casi agotado No es como otros hoteles en donde hay waffles, cereal, pan tostado, salchichas, etc »

« The restroom conditions were unacceptable and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance. Additionally, the water park was significantly overcrowded, which detracted from the overall experience. Given the limited meal options, subpar service, and poor bathroom conditions, the pricing is not justified. Definitely looking for other options for our next trip. »

« Internet was very poor, constantly up and down over the course of several days. Caused me to miss some important business last night as it was down completely. I called the front desk, only to hear they were working on it. Other than that, a nice place, but just don't depend on the wi-fi. »

« This stay would have been a 5 star, but the elevator was out for my entire visit. I was on the 4th floor and carrying up luggage and taking that trip up and down every day or when I needed to quickly leave, was not convenient. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. »

« Its a horrible place to stay, I didn’t feel welcome cause no one was there to greet me. I had to call the customer service for help & they called property management to make them aware there was about 3 clients in the lobby waiting. I waited for about 25 minutes. Then once checked I get to my rooms and let me tell you it was the worse experience ever. My pictures will speak for themselves. I had to take my family & my business somewhere else. So much for my spring break getaway. »

« The staff was great very patient and understanding. I thought check in time was at 11am but it was at 3pm. He was checking the status of the rooms for us. He offered us to stay until they were ready. We ended up going to a nearby mall. The rooms were spotless and smelled nice. There was a nice note left for us as well.
