This picturesque Hamlet affords access to fishing off our private beach or on boats out of Montauk, whale watching on boats or from the beach, water sports, hiking on the endless beach and trails, or horseback riding at the nearby oldest operating ranch in the country. Conveniently located to the Block Island and Newport RI ferry service as well as convenient transportation from NYC (East Hampton Airport, MacArthur Airport, Southampton Heliport, luxury bus services and the Long Island Railroad).

• Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our guest rental agreement.
• A $250 security deposit will be collected prior to your check-in via Charge Automation. You will receive your security deposit back if there are no issues or damages reported during your stay and after you check out. Damage amounts in excess of the security deposit will be charged to the guest.
