Surrounded by trees and bordering scenic snowmobile and hiking trails, it feels tucked away while keeping outdoor adventure close at hand. Start your morning with coffee on the deck, listen to the stillness of the woods, or take a short walk toward Sunset Lake before the day gets going.

Step inside and settle into a home designed for comfort, connection, and easy time together. The main living spaces are warm and inviting, giving everyone a place to gather, while the second-floor bedroom opens into a cozy bonus nook. With a desk, charging station, couch, TV, and electric fireplace, it’s a comfortable spot for remote work, reading, or simply enjoying some quiet time.

Downstairs, the fully furnished basement becomes another favorite place to gather. Stretch out on the leather sectional or oversized beanbag, watch TV, challenge someone to a game of shuffleboard, or use the card/craft table for games and creative projects. With additional sleeping space, it also gives families and groups more room to spread out, especially when the weather calls for a cozy day indoors.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a mix of sleeping options suited for families, friends, and group getaways.
Bedroom 1: King bed for a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.
Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed offering a fun and flexible sleeping setup.
Bedroom 3: Full-size bed providing another comfortable place to settle in.
Additional Sleeping Space: Twin-over-full bunk bed located in the basement area, adding flexibility for your group.

Bonus Spaces
Bonus Space #1: The second-floor bedroom features a private bonus nook designed for both relaxation and productivity. With a desk, charging station, couch, TV, and electric fireplace, it’s an inviting spot to catch up on work, read a book, or unwind away from the main living areas.

Bonus Space #2: The furnished basement combines entertainment and additional sleeping space. Settle into the comfortable leather sectional or oversized beanbag, watch TV, play shuffleboard, or gather around the card/craft table for games, puzzles, and creative projects. It’s an easy place for everyone to find something to enjoy, from rainy-day activities to late-night game sessions.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day or freshen up after time outdoors. One bathroom includes a tub, while the other features a stand-up shower.

🐾 Dog-Friendly Property
This is a dog-friendly home, we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).

Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend, and be sure to add your dog to the reservation, as a pet fee per pet applies.

Please note that this home has stairs throughout the property. Guests should use caution when using the stairs, especially children and anyone with mobility concerns.

When you’re ready to explore, you’ll have access to six association beaches on Hills Pond and Sunset Lake, giving you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the water during your stay. Alton Bay and Lake Winnipesaukee are just a short 7-minute drive away, making it easy to venture out for more lake time, local activities, and exploring.
In every season, Gunstock Mountain is about 15 minutes away, offering skiing and tubing in winter and hiking and ziplining during the warmer months.
