The only bed downstairs is the Primary bedroom (King). The second bedroom is the loft and has the queen and two twin beds. The loft access is ONLY by the ladder - no stairs access. The loft is about 4` high in the center.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home. $500 fine if evidence is found.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
