Please note the house rules: an additional guest rate of $25 per person, per night, with a one-time preparation and cleaning fee of $20 per person. Deduct any amount already billed to determine the accurate rate once the final count of guests staying and those visiting past 9pm, who are considered overnight guests, is confirmed. The swimming pool spa is designated for use exclusively by your group in two--hour intervals or as long as no one in the house next to you is waiting and we only have 2 houses per spa that can use each spa, as per the schedule outlined in the calendar following the manufacturer`s recommendations. When the cover is open or the privacy nets are drawn, it indicates that the spa is currently in use by a group, either from your party or from the neighboring house. The shared areas include kayaks, canoes, rowboats, a swim beach, three docks, volleyball and basketball courts, trash disposal, and a free wood pile located by the dumpster. Please ensure that outdoor umbrellas are closed when not in use; a $50 fine will be imposed for any damage incurred. Fireworks are strictly prohibited without exception. Non-compliance will result in neighbors contacting law enforcement, and you will be required to vacate without a refund. Propane tanks cost $30.00 each, plus a $40.00 deposit.. For check-in and check-out procedures, we will coordinate via group messaging with the caretaker prior to your arrival and may approve an early check-in or check-out upon review.
