Nous vous recommandons chaleureusement cette location . La maison est spacieuse , personnalisée et correspond en tout point aux illustrations .Nous avions le confort a l'intérieur et à l'extérieur . Les propriétaires sont discrets mais présents. Ils se mettent "en quatre " pour vous satisfaire . ils nous ont offertsun excellent repas d'accueil et de ce fait , nous avons réservé un repas le soir .. MEMORABLE !! En Qualité et en quantité !!

Overall nice house, bit dated/scruffy inside and out. Looked amazing and private on VRBO. However this is the downstairs of a large property and the owner lives upstairs. Not what we wanted and had we known we wouldn't have booked it. No privacy with the owner looking down from the balconies above. While her son's piano playing was first class, we didn't appreciate it at 8 a.m. Considering the list of rules about noise we found it a bit unfair. We were there with 5 of our kids in their 20's and enforced the quiet rules on them.The pool was out of bounds from 2-4 which we found out at the end of our stay was the for owners convenience as she slept then. The spider was in the pool most of the morning making it also unuseable. The pool was very small, not able to swim use inflatables as you were always near the edge - dangerous IMO. Wooden loungers were impossible to lay on they were rock hard and no cushions.Wouldn't stay there again

We loved our stay at this property and would most definitely recommend. This part of Sicily is beautiful and the villa is will situated, offering easy access by car to both local amenities and wider attractions. The nearby beach is within walking distance (quite a steep hill involved!) and features a nice little bar with sunbeds, and opportunities for snorkelling.The villas elevated position provides an amazing outlook and lovely sunsets. Day trips were straightforward, with the train providing easy access to Palermo, and Cefalù being another good option. We also hired a skippered boat from Porticello, which was a real highlight, with some amazing spots for swimming and snorkelling.The facilities at the villa were functional. The kitchen was not particularly well-equipped, making catering for 8 a challenge at times. The pool is on the smaller side, though the kids still has a blast.Finally, Patrizia was super helpful, and the welcome pasta dinner was absolutely delicious!

Lovely stay

We had a very nice stay over New Years Eve with a group of 7 adults and 3 little children. Patrizia‘s place is clean, very cozy, and offers plenty of space for everybody. We especially liked that there were bathrooms for almost every bedroom. The view is amazing. It’s a nice location to do small trips to close-by villages . Communication went very well and Patrizia was very responsive. We would recommend it!

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous!

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home while visiting Scilly as part of a 60th birthday celebration with family / friends. The home is in a perfect ocean front location between Palermo and Cefalu. It’s located in a gated community and offers amazing views and lots privacy. Well appointed with everything you need. We were so happy with this home. It’s close to restaurants, a grocery store, bars, everything. Patrizia is a wonderful hostess! So warm and welcoming. She welcomed us with a delicious spaghetti dinner with appetizers. It was such a sweet and welcomed treat after traveling all day. I highly recommend this home. We’re already planning a return!

wonderful sicilian vacation

We are a family of 6 who stayed at this villa and had an amazing time. even before booking the host, Patrizia answered all my questions promptly and efficiently! We loved the location of the villa since we didnt want to be right in Palermo. We had a car and this made it easy to get around, driving was no issue just take it slow. On our arrival Patrizia and her husband Franco made us an amazing dinner and dessert! One of the best meals of the week. Villa was in a gated area, one gate to get in and then another locked gate to the villa. Each room at its own AC unit which was nice Villa was clean and plenty of room for us 6. The outside area is so relaxing! Bring mosquito spray because we did get quite a few bites. I would definetly stay here again! We loved everything about it!🇮🇹🇮🇹

Amazing Sicily

Patrizia and Franco were SUPERHOSTS - they are extremely friendly, treating us as their family and nothing was too much trouble. They even cooked an amazing pasta for our group of 10 people one night. The location of their home is perfect as it is between Palermo and Cefalù. The pool and the grounds are very well maintained and the view from the pool is amazing. The house is very well equipped and extremely clean. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you Patrizia and Franco for making our Sicily stay a memorable one.

Perfect Villa! Highly Recommend!

This villa offers the most amazing view of the sea and mountains. After sightseeing during the day, in the evening we looked forward to relaxing in the pool enjoying the view. It was fun having the ping pong table for family competitions. The villa was clean, plenty of linens, had great shower water pressure and plenty of hot water. A/C and WiFi worked great. The kitchen had a full refrigerator, stove, microwave and plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. Our hosts were so kind, professional and easy to communicate with. They quickly responded to all our questions about local Mass, supermarkets and restaurants. The house is located in a gated community in the countryside. Walking distance to the beach which has a great cafe’ named Lido Cala dei Normanni. At the cafe, we enjoyed local brews, aperol spritz, crema caffe’ and paninis. Rest up for the uphill walk back to the villa. We went to the beach 4 times in a week. The walk is worth it! A highlight of our stay at the villa was the delicious welcome pasta meal our hosts made us the day we arrived.

Beautiful Spot in Altavilla

Our family of 5 spent a lovely week at Patrizia’s villa. The unit is spacious and comfortable, and the A/C in the bedrooms worked like a dream (crucial for Sicily in August). Patrizia greeted us and made a beautiful welcome dinner, which alleviated our travel fatigue and set the tone for the week. Though we cooked many meals thereafter, none quite measured up. We spent considerable time in the pool and on the patio; views of sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. The house is within walking distance of local beaches, though the uphill home can be a slog. We had a car and thus used the villa as a base for day trips to Cefalu, Agrigento, and Palermo. Also found the car helpful for jaunts to local markets, restaurants, etc. I would happily return to stay at Patrizia’s place.

Tolle Erfahrung mit Pazrizia gemacht, super sympatisch, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ! Wir waren einfach nur zu 100% zufrieden! Patrizia und ihr Gatte Franco waren sehr sehr nett! Patrizia hat uns am zweiten Tag eine hervorragende Spaghetti gemacht, es war ein Traum! Komme gerne zurück. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto! Absonsten alles top! Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer

Sehr schöne Villa mit nettem Pool! Ruhig gelegen am Berghang mit super Blick aufs Meer. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse findet man immer einen Ort, an dem man im Schatten entspannen kann. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Unsere Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und hat uns auch immer sehr gut Bei allem weiter geholfen. Wir waren alle sehr begeistert von der Villa und können diese allen nur weiterempfehlen! Relaxing Location

Cannot say enough about the way Patrizia made us feel welcome! She prepared a lovely welcome pasta dinner for us, which was appreciated after a day of travel! She and her husband live upstairs from the apartment we rented and were there if we needed anything. The veranda was wonderful to sit in and watch the thunderstorms over the water in the evenings. The colors in the sky were breathtaking. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Tolle Gastgeber und tolles Ambiente

Wir haben uns in der sehr geräumigen und bestens eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort war für uns ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der umliegenden Region (Rother Wanderführer), aber auch für Stadtbesuche in Palermo, Cefalu, etc. Bei sonnigem Wetter haben wir die Terrasse ums Haus und den naheliegenden Strand genossen. Perfect stay for a big family or a group of friends

The house is located high up, with a great wiew outside the city. We spended a week at this lovely place. We ordered dinner from the owners two nights and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was marvellous the taste of the food was splendid and the ownners who lived on the top floor was accommodating. We are greatful for a wonderful stay.

Tolle Wohnung mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer

Die große Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen in allen Punkten. Wir konnten neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche auch die Sommerküche mit Grill und Pizzabackofen nutzen, was uns große Freude bereitete. Erwähnen möchte ich in diesem Zusammenhang auch den freundlichen "kulinarischen" Empfang unserer Gastgeber am ersten Abend, der uns mit Sicherheit in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben wird. Von der Ferienwohnung aus haben wir Ausflüge nach Palermo, Cefalú, Monreale und Castellammare del Golfo unternommen. Weitere Tipps unserer Gastgeberin Patricia konnten wir aufgrund der kurzen Zeit leider gar nicht annehmen, doch stehen sie bereits auf dem Plan unseres nächsten Sizilien-Urlaubs.
