« Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants.
