  • This memorable cottage is the perfect home base for your trip to Northern Michigan. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this newly built (2023) log house offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 3 bedrooms, including a king bed and 2 bunk beds (full/xl and twin/xl) there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge. The cottage features modern amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, heating and A/C ensuring a comfortable stay. Full kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, tea-pot, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryer for your convenience. Enjoy a peaceful evening on the porch with magnificent view of lake Huron, walk on the beach for miles, or explore local trails and several nature preserves, bring your own kayak or mountain bike - opportunities are endless.

This cabin was the perfect get away! Time slowed down next to the lake and we were able to completely relax. We loved how well maintained the property was and how accurate the listing was! I look forward to our next trip to Alpena!

This is such an awesome cabin - our family had a great time between the great views, swimming, rock hunting, and quick drive to Alpena plus Grand/Long lake. Sergey and Marina were super helpful and fantastic hosts!

My family of 5 had a comfortable stay here. The house was clean and quiet. It was easy to find and access, thanks to the hosts' instructions. We enjoyed the easy access to the water and looking for the perfect rocks.

The cabin was so cozy and beautiful with a perfect beach setting. I had a few questions after checking in and the host was very quick to respond. Everything was perfect. Will definitely be booking again.

We had a perfect stay on Lake Huron at Marina’s Cabin! The cabin is very clean. Everything you need for a relaxing week on the beach is available. Games, puzzles, chairs, a kayak for exploring, etc. The beach is beautiful and clean, my kids spent the entire week rock hunting and swimming! We hope to be back next summer. 10/10 stay!

Wonderful, newer cabin with decor that fits the property. This is a rock collector's NIRVANA. Be prepared to find more fossils than anywhere else! The beach is large and private, the house is a dream, and the kayak and canoe were added bonuses. Our hosts were fantastic.

Absolutely love this place and everything about it. This is our second time staying here and am already looking forward towards next year. Very spacious, beautiful home with a very private setting. Has the best water front! The water was so calm we were even able to enjoy the canoe. Love that it is close to town and restaurants. Absolutely no complaints!

We had such a great time getting away from it all at this cabin. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The cabin is newly built and was spotless upon our arrival. Kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable. The location is fantastic, very peaceful and private with a beautiful rock beach. We were able to paddleboard on Lake Huron right from the house. Our dog also found it peaceful and took a break from barking. There are great hiking trails nearby. We would love to come back and stay here in any/all of Michigan's seasons.

We had an amazing stay here! The area was picturesque and the cabin had all of the amenities we needed. We had the best time with our toddler walking up and down the beach hunting rocks, listening to the waves in the morning while drinking coffee on the porch, and walking the nearby nature trails. The cabin is the perfect place for a family to stay and have a fun, relaxing getaway in pure Michigan.

Marina and Sergey’s beach-front cabin is a beauty. The location is serene - far enough away from town for stillness and relaxation, yet close enough to amenities and activities. The cabin is newly built, open and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Lake Huron getaway

Loved the cabin, loved the beach. Cabin was a nice open concept, ane you cannot beat Lake Huron water. Owner was extremely nice and hospitable. Loved the bonus goodies w the stay. No brainer for a family stay on Lake Huron or a couple.

This cabin was the best and the location was amazing. You are close enough to the lake to hear the waves inside. Sergey was so welcoming and kind. We cannot wait to book another stay here.
