« Confortable beds, good breakfast options, shower and bathroom floor could have been cleaner. »

« Great location to the wineries on Seneca! »

« Very clean hotel in a beautiful location. Will be back! »

« The property and rooms are absolutely stunning, think upscale, boutique Nantucket vibes with pockets of ‘old money’ feels. Everything was clean, the lobby and each ‘cabin’ smells phenomenal. The kind of trip you take and think, ‘wow I need to work harder so I can come to places like this more often’. « Tout était ok. Bel hôtel. Brand new hotel. All was good! »

« Sejour correct. Literie confortable. »

« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« The Mansion and its grounds are beautiful. There are gorgeous views of Keuka Lake and the hills. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant and bar selections were excellent! Our room was cozy and very clean. We appreciated the coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge since the restaurant doesn’t open until lunch. There was even useable freezer. We loved the little balcony off our room. Our only regret was not taking the time to sit in the Adirondack chairs and linger longer. »
