It gives us great pleasure to welcome guests to our mountain getaway. TJK is a quaint cottage situated in the serene lap of the Himalayas. You can expect complete privacy and a fully serviced experience admist glorious views.

We strive to provide our guests with a highly curated experience, serving wholesome and fresh food with organic ingredients sourced locally. Jageshwar is an architectural treasure trove.

The space
The Jungle Kuttir is a Two Bedroom Cottage providing a private and serene residence in he lap of the Himalayas. The cottage offers all essential amenties and we provide our guests with a fully serviced and curated experience. We are located on a secluded hill with fantastic views.

+We have a designated dining area, alll meals are made to order and served fresh.

+Guests have exclusive access to the fully equipped kitchen 24x7.

+We serve wholesome and organic food made from ingredients sourced locally.

+ Accomodation

We have two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The property can accommodate 6 guests comfortably, extra bedding is arranged in the common area outside the bedrooms.

+ Internet and Connectivity

The property is Wi-Fi enabled with 200Mbps bandwidth.

+ Bonfire

We set up Bonfires for guest at a nominal charge of INR 750 per night.

+ Important ** Accessibility :

Please note that our property parking is located about 800m off the road.
To reach the property from parking, guests have to walk around 20m ( <5 mins ).
The walk is not arduos but may be a challenge for older guests.
Our staff wiill help with the guest luggage.

++ Transfers from Nainital, Haldwani, Almora, Mukteshwar, Kathgodam railway station, Pant Nagar airport, the closest helipad, and other locations are easily available.

+ Driver / Staff Accomodation :
We provide shared accommodation for drivers on our property upon request.

The surise view from the property is spectacular.


We can arrange for Barbeque Nights and Short Excursions.

There are various walking and hiking trails that guests may enjoy.

The closest market is in Panuwanaula - 2.7km away. This is a lovely market where you will find all manners of goods and services.

3. Guests are advised to assess accessibility.

4. Ensure that you do not leave your pet unattended and clean up after them, if you are traveling with one.

5. We will require valid photo IDs of all guests prior to check in.
Guest access
An exceptional road network connects the city centre of Almora through various parts of Uttarakhand.

Guests coming in from various parts of the country can expect smooth sailing and assistance for arrivals to our doorstep.

For walk in guests ; Please note we require a minimum of two hours notice for check-ins.

Jageshwar is a treasure trove of ancient India. architecture. The city is well connected by roads and hosts thousands of travellers and pilgrims. It holds a special place in Indian history and it gives us great pleasure to be able to host guests in this wonderful hill town.


The property is conviniently located close to significant attractions. Guests can immerse themselves in the colour and culture of the vibrant Almora region of Uttarakhand " देवभूमी" India. We encourage all visitors to carve a universally curated and bespoke experience for all.
