The house is located in Fösingsmåla, a pretty little village in the south-eastern part of Småland, surrounded by lakes, extensive forests and meadows. You can find berries in the woods. The lakes are fantastic for fishing and some of the lakes have lovely sandy beaches as well. There is plenty of wild life in the area and occasionally you can see wild elk and eagles nearby.In Rävemåla, about 10 km from the house, there is a shop where you can also order goods from Systembolaget (the liquor store) and the Pharmacy. Approximately 35 km away is the capital of the municipality of Tingsryd, Tingsryd, which has a comprehensive range of services. Tingsryd also has a large bath house with plenty of pools and facilities for children.

The house has a terrace with roof with garden furniture. Adjacent to the sauna building are two terraces with garden furniture. The garden is a very large private garden with many fruit trees, trees, berry bushes, flowering shrubs and flower land. There is also garden furniture in the garden and several cars can be parked on the property. The next neighbor is approx. 200 m away.In the nearby lake is a large wooden lake terrace belonging to the house on the beach with a jetty into the lake (approx. 15 meters) for swimming, fishing, rowing and canoeing. The adjoining dining room has a large dining table and the living room has a sofa bed (two beds), piano, DVD player, and flat screen TV. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a sofa bed (two beds) and a single bed. Both bedrooms can be locked with doors. The lower floor has a bedroom with a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed with two beds. The bedroom and living room have doors. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Free broadband internet access and a satellite receiver with Astra and Hotbird with many German and international channels are available.To the house is also a connected sauna building on the ground floor with an entrance from the kitchen. In the sauna building there is a sauna, a shower room and a toilet with a sink. The sauna is a combined steam and hot sauna. Adjacent to the sauna building there are two outdoor terraces with garden furniture.

The area in and around Fösingsmåla is very beautiful with a variety of lakes, forests, meadows and detached individual plots. The plots are usually a great distance from each other, which means there is a lot of nature between them.The area around Fösingsmåla (southeastern Kronoberg County) is rich in fishing lakes and several lakes also have bathing areas. There is a beautiful beach about 4 km away, where you can also rent a boat and fish. It is only half an hour's drive to the Glass Kingdom of Småland and an hour and a half to Kalmar, Öland and the zoo and amusement park. It is about an hour's drive to the Karlskrona seaport with its many museums and historic buildings that are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Karlskrona is a large archipelago with beautiful landscapes. It is one of the last large groups of Swedish islands that has not been exploited and retains its original character and charm. Enjoy swimming in the sea. The craft village Korrö is half an hour away and the Kreativum in Karlshamn, the Laxaquarium in Mörrum can be reached within half an hour by car. The area has many hiking and biking trails, such as the Emigrant Trail.

Free internet via broadband / fiber optic cable and a satellite dish with Astra and Hotbird with many German and other foreign TV channels are available in the house.Fishing is permitted in the nearby lake and in most of the region's lakes with a fishing license. There are many lakes around Fösingsmåla.The rowboat and canoe are included in the rental and you can also rent a boat in other lakes if you wish. Fishing licenses can be bought at the local shop in Rävemåla. There you can also get information about renting a boat in other lakes.You can swim from our own boat dock, and the sundeck and bathing ladder are on the boat dock. You can also swim in many other lakes in the area.Smoking indoors is not permitted. The rental week lasts from Saturday to Saturday. Bed linen and towels are not included in the scope of delivery, but are brought by the tenant.
