Bring your family and friends to the gorgeous, elevated 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom home with a secluded hot tub and enjoy an unforgettable Colorado Rocky Mountain vacation!

This gorgeous, newly built mountain house is located just North of Alma - less than 20 miles from Breckenridge! This beautiful, family friendly, 3 bedroom home featuring an open loft sleeping area and 2 separate living spaces, has something to offer everyone in your party. The home is situated on a heavily wooded property, tucked into a quiet aspen grove that glows with the changing of the seasons, from spring to summer and shimmering with golds and reds in late autumn. Views of the surrounding mountain tops rise above the surrounding trees and the spacious elevated deck is the perfect place to enjoy so much of what this amazing area has to offer. Placer Valley is home to a variety of wildlife and this spectacular location affords opportunities to observe Elk, Deer and Foxes (just to name a few!) right on the property. Additionally, the wetland area located less than 2 miles from the home is one of the areas where you may be able to see Moose in their natural habitat.

Upon entering the home, you step into a spacious entryway, with plenty of room for all of your adventure gear. As you make your way into the great room, you are greeted by floor to ceiling windows, framing beautiful blue skies and woodland vistas. The open concept living area features mountain modern decor with comfortable seating centered around a gas fireplace and a Smart TV. The tall vaulted ceilings and magnificent chandelier lighting give the home an open and airy feel from the moment you enter.

The well appointed kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, a beautiful farmhouse sink and custom cabinetry, stocked with all the dinnerware, cooking gadgets and accouterments you may need to whip up you favorite meal or prep for a picnic out on the deck.

With comfortable seating for six at the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen bar for four, you'll have plenty of space for meal time and game time alike. Or step out through the sliding glass doors onto the massive elevated deck, where you will discover propane fire pits, outdoor heaters, comfy patio furniture, outdoor dining and a propane barbecue grill.

Back inside the home, you will find plenty of storage space in the pantry and hall closets and there is a full size washer and dryer unit available for guest use, so no need to waste precious vacation time at the laundromat in town. In the hallway, the central bathroom to your right features a bathtub/shower combo, a standard toilet, and vanity. The quiet corner bedroom offers beautiful woodland views through large windows, a spacious closet, and a plush queen size bed fitted with our cozy cotton linens. Across the hall, the bedroom features a spacious walk-in closet, woodland views through large windows, a plush queen size bed, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom offers a step-in shower, a standard toilet, and vanity.

Up to the spacious open loft, with its soft and fluffy oversize couch, bean bag seating, a smart TV, an entertainment library, and four twin size daybeds (twin linens provided for an additional fee), the top floor is sure to be a child's Paradise and is ideal for the young at heart.

Make your way down the stairs to the ground level of the home, to discover a massive entertainment room with a one-of-a-kind library and plush accent chairs - perfect for curling up with a favorite book on a blustery winter afternoon. Luxury leather seating centered around the entertainment room theater, offers the perfect place for a great movie with the added ambience of the electric fireplace. Down the hallway, you will find the ground floor bedroom featuring a spacious closet and a comfortable queen size bed fitted with our cozy cotton bed linens. At the end of the hall, the ground floor bathroom offers a bathtub/shower combo, a standard toilet, and vanity. Outside of the sliding glass doors, enjoy a large covered patio with a cozy patio furniture and a brand new, top of the line hot tub.

Fairplay and Alma are the activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it's a great "Base Camp!" If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will likely find it within 10-20 minutes of the cabin. Activities include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, snow-shoeing, horseback riding (winter too), ice climbing, fishing, hunting, rafting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, mine exploration, canoeing, kayaking, and much much more.

* Driveways are plowed each time there is 4” of new snow. High winds may cause drifting snow on driveways and roads. Roads are plowed and maintained by the county and are cleared on a priority basis. Please use caution as stairs, decks, sidewalks, driveways and roads may be slippery when wet or icy.
* This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.

This property is breathtaking. It was a stunning piece of heaven in the mountains. I hope to stay here again in the near future. Everything was so clean and they had plenty of essentials for guests to use during their stay. The views are absolutely incredible. This property is a must-see!
