Alma Alta sits at 11,300 feet — part of what makes it special, and something to plan for. Guests arriving from lower elevations may feel mild altitude effects on day one. Drink plenty of water, take it easy on arrival, and you'll settle in quickly.
From September through May, mountain driving conditions apply. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended — roads to the property are publicly maintained, but snow and ice are part of the high-alpine experience. GUEST ACCESS
Full private access to the entire home and property, including an oversized heated two-car garage. Entry is seamless via WiFi-enabled keypad — code provided prior to check-in. Garage access via remote openers provided on arrival.

SECURITY
One exterior camera monitors the driveway and entry approach. No cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces.
