There is also a very extensive enclosed private garden which gives you a great sense of space and tranquillity. Spring and Summer and early autumn are beautiful here which is a great time to visit the area and take advantage of the endless walking and cycling opportunities, as well as kayaking on the local rivers. The wildlife at this time of year is particularly impressive with beautiful birds and butterflies and you may even get to spot our two barn owls if you are lucky.
