The lovely vacation home is located in the historic center of Alliste, in Lower Salento. It is spread over two levels and offers up to 4 beds.
The ancient dwelling, completely modernized, is equipped with accessories such as: underfloor cooling and heating system, washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, electric oven, safe, TV, dual technology burglar alarm system.

The vacation home is an ancient dwelling made exclusively with natural eco-friendly materials, characterized by the star vaults typical of Salento`s architecture.
The entrance is into a living room furnished with a double sofa bed, table and chairs and TV. From the living room there is access to the eat-in kitchen, and from here to the shower room and the backyard.
In the living room a convenient staircase leads to the wooden loft on which is located the double bedroom with a 140-cm bed and full en suite shower room.
From the small courtyard at the back you go up to the largeterrace shared with another vacation home. The terrace is furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas, and equipped with a barbecue and a large countertop with handcrafted terracotta sinks and Vietri ceramics.
The surroundings of the vacation home in Alliste
The vacation home is located in the historic center of Alliste, a town in Lower Salento located just 4 kilometers from the Ionian coast, from resorts such as Torre Suda and Capilungo, characterized by low and accessible cliffs with equipped lidos and various tourist attractions.
The nearest beaches are those of Torre San Giovanni, marina of Ugento. Also very close are the beaches of Gallipoli, particularly Punta della Suina, Lido Pizzo and Baia Verde, about 12 km from the house.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The large equipped terrace is shared with another apartment.
