« I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone. »

« Bien en général. Très bonne hôtel. Le seul point négatif relevé est le service de nettoyage de la chambre: lit refait sommairement, drap et couvre-lit mal mis, aucun nettoyage avec l'aspirateur, moquette et sol reste sale. »

« When we arrived there was trash left in our room, I guess the person who cleaned it left it behind. I called the front desk and they changed our run immediately. The new room had a broken desk, which is a problem because there wasn’t enough table top space to put things. The hotel was generally clean. The patio was rained on so the outdoor games hadn’t been wiped down. We got napkins and wiped them ourselves. The staff were accommodating and nice enough. Bar was fine, they gave us two drinks...

« Bien que réservée depuis longtemps, la chambre n’était pas prêteà notre arrivée vers 16 hrs 15. Chambre non-fumeur avec une senteur de cigarettes. Un lit avec aucun drap. Direct sur le couvre-matelat et couvre lit. Une femme de chambre est venue nous porter un drap tout froissé et l’a jeté sur le lit. On a dû lui demander de faire le lit. On a aussi rapporté la cafetière qui était «croûtée «  pas seulement un peu sale........ dégueulasse. Beaucoup de saleté par terre dans les coins. Ala...

« Tout simplement charmant! Nous avons grandement apprécié le restaurant de l’hotel où là nourriture et le service étaient fantastique. »
