« Hôtel de grand standing avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Néanmoins, il n'aurait peut-être pas 5 étoiles s'il était situé dans une autre pays. Mais nous sommes en Inde, et particulièrement dans une région proche d'une frontière sensible, et il est important de pouvoir séjourner dans un endroit sécurisé, c'est le cas ici. Le personnel est très accueillant. »

« Property was clean and staff was excellent but property is in an isolated spot and surrounding is not very good for for walking or moving around. It’s also far from the airport so not that convenient. Also I wish they had more authentic food . »

« Staff attitude was excellent. Check in experience was excellent. Property is in good shape. The disappointment was in the bed, which matters the most when you’re traveling. The bed sheets were worn out and had stains all over (quite disgusting). When I lifted the bed cover at night I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous stay (crumpled up). Extremely disgusting. Just ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover instead. Had a terrible sleepless night. »
