« Good hotel but it’s far from the city proper. Every time we need to eat and shop we have to take a taxi which additional to our budget. The restaurant in the hotel closes early and at breakfast there’s not much choice. Otherwise, have a nice view of the horizon including the Taal volcano. »

« The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. »

« The hotel was clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. The room was tidy and the staff was polite and helpful during the stay. One thing to note is transportation: there are very few taxis available in the area and Grab does not operate here, so getting around usually requires using tricycles. If you know how to manage locally, most necessities are easy to find. There is a large local market just a 5-minute walk away, as well as shops and food options nearby. Overall a pleasant...

« The room had ants and mosquitoes had no toilet seat very noisy out side due to traffic and no tiles on wall in bathroom. The fridge was to small the cupboard was broken the table was to small as well. And for a deluxe room no way. »

« Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. »

« Only book the renovated rooms as the old ones are unliveable - no hot water and and aircon system from 1963. The new rooms are fine, just ok. Breakfast is poor. Note to management: sort out hot water in your renovated rooms so it’s consistent and dramatically improve breakfast to a level you’d eat yourself and you will make more money. Lovely staff, decrepit property. »

« Jolie hotel historique avec de grande chambre dans la partie ancienne où je logeais. Belle salle de sport (mais pas climatisée) qui donne sur la piscine sympathique. Excellent restaurant à prix abordable, gros bémol tout de même concernant l'état ´ vintage ´ de la salle de bain de ma chambre... »
