« This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft. « This place was absolutely amazing. The host was easy to contact from the booking all the to checkout. She stayed in contact with me. The home is lovely, warm and inviting. My family loved it. It was clean inside and outside. The location was perfect, everything you need is either in walking distance or driving distance. Normally you would find something to say this place was good but…. Honestly there are no buts; everything was perfect. I will definitely keep this home for my future...

« This home is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy using it, and the gaming is outstanding. Its location on a main road makes it convenient to the highway and both downtown Pittsburgh and the airport, with many good restaurants, groceries, and shops within a 3 minute drive. « Pet friendly, close to the attractions I was interested in. A lot of confusion at first, probably my fault for not fully understanding the listing. The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking. »
