Enjoy our deck right on the water for outdoor BBQ, or just watching the boats go by and birds gliding and swirling. The property has 100 feet of waterfront and a large dock. No additional cost for boat docking; boats up to about 28' have docked here (low tide about 24"). No canals, no condos. Martinâs offers an authentic Bimini-island experience outside the resort and the condos, without sacrificing creature comforts and style. A private, gated property steps away from a friendly local community with great restaurants, bars, and stores. A quick cart ride south to Radio Beach and the attractions of Alice Town. And a quicker cart ride north to the restaurants, casino, and other offerings of Resort World.
