« We chose this hotel instead of another cheaper one we had first booked because we wanted to treat ourselves with the extras they were offering - re swimming pool, bar, car park. Once there, we found out that there is no swimming pool - apparently they have informed hotel.com of the changes many times but it still comes up on the website. The kids were extremely disappointed. « What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would...
