This two floor duplex has 4 bedrooms, two of which have king size beds, and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. Each bedroom also has a chair that converts to an extra single bed, if needed.

Your entire family will enjoy the open concept kitchen, eating and living areas. There is an entire wall of windows, for light, outside views and fresh air.

Each floor of this duplex has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open concept kitchen, eating and living areas. The second floor also has a bathtub, in the larger bathroom.

Huge windows provide excellent natural light, in all living and sleeping rooms, and can also be opened for fresh sea breezes to come in.

All bedrooms have wall mounted, air conditioning units, as well as the living areas, above the large television, which is also wall mounted.

There is a stairway between the first and second floor, with a door at the top. One large family could occupy both floors, or it could be two families, where one is on the first floor and the other on the second floor, and they move up and down to the other floor using the stairs. The door can be locked, at the top, if need be.
