Examples are: Oven stinks of grease, mould in the shower, dirty skirting boards, paintwork scuffed and marked around table area and where bins have bashed into the walls, furniture heavily worn and stained, outside the bbq was unusable as totally rusted and the bench could do with a power wash and a repaint, the bathroom tap was too fierce shooting water everywhere which has...

« Lovely small cottage. Easy check in and check out. We were told on the day we could check in earlier than 5pm. Place was warm and comfortable. Good location and easy to find. Balloch nearby has some lovely food places. Firelogs were extra charge which was disappointing as usually is included as standard and you could only get it before 4.30 which is when we arrived so we didn't get to use this. Overall good stay. »

"La localisation est bien pratique, proche des commerces et restaurants. La chambre est assez propre, mais il y avait de la moisissure (noire) dans la douche. Pas de mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre. La machine à expresso dans la chambre utilise des dosettes "spéciales" (k.fee) Le bar est assez cher: 7£ le double expresso (pas très bon)."
