The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.

– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.

– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.



House rules and schedules.



– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.

– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

– Parties and events are not allowed.

– No pets allowed.



Note 1. Check-out from the property is at 10:00. Where a later check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 13:00 and €160 until 16:00.



Note 2. Check-in with our agency staff is free until 10.00 pm, €30 (10.00 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). Free self-check-in option with a welcome from staff the following day



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25/kWh, payable on departure.



Note 4. On the day of arrival, a deposit of €500 will be held on your credit card, which will be automatically refunded to the same card between 10 and 15 days after the departure date
