This lovely 130 m² apartment is ideally located near many of the area’s top attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse dining options.

The bright and airy living room is designed for your comfort, featuring a cosy sofa where you can unwind and a TV to enjoy your favourite shows. Several windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day. You’ll also have access to a balcony where you can step out and enjoy the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: the first is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, while the second offers two single beds along with a wardrobe and chest of drawers—perfect for families or groups of friends. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and pleasant stay.

The bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to feel refreshed and at home.

For your comfort and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay.

During your stay, you’ll also have access to a shared pool—a great spot to relax and cool off.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

This location is close to stunning coastal landmarks like Praia das Paredes and Nazaré’s famous giant waves. Explore the Monastery of Batalha, a UNESCO World Heritage site nearby. Local restaurants serve fresh seafood; don’t miss trying grilled sardines or “caldeirada.” It’s a charming spot for both nature and local flavours.

The best way to reach the property is by car.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 01h25-minute drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
