The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of three units and is situated on the ground floor, featuring a private parking space inside the property. It is just 100 meters from the beach of Alcamo Marina, easily reachable on foot. It is suitable for families or groups of up to 3 guests.

The interior includes a spacious kitchen living area equipped with a pod coffee machine, two bedrooms one air conditioned double room and one single room and two bathrooms with showers, one indoors and one outdoors (external shower).
