You'll love the Oso Cozy Casita, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a 2-car garage that sleeps 6 in Albuquerque’s Far Northeast Heights. Features include premium Sealy mattresses in the master and second bedroom, a trundle bed in the third, and a dining area for six. Enjoy the Nespresso coffee bar and a lovely covered patio. The house was welcoming and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. All 3 of us have commented at least a few times what a great find it was. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It was perfectly located close to amenities (stores/restaurants) and for the events we had during our stay. Everything was clean, the kitchen stocked with the cooking equipment we needed. The living area and beds are comfy and a great place to chill after a full day out and about. And nice views just outside. Evan (host) was quick to respond, helpful and kind with all communication. We will travel to ABQ again, and will be seeking this property for our stay!

Great Location

This was a great location for us as we lived in the nearby neighborhood for over 20 years and it was nice top be back.Online listing was accurate. Also the use of the garage was a surprising benefit which we did not expect. Thank you very much!!The house itself had everything we could think of as far as kitchen and bedroom amenities.The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions we had both before the stay as well as during the stay.We will try to stay here again as this was the best VRBO we have had in a long time. Beautiful home in lovely town

We stayed in the property for two weeks and really enjoyed it. Appreciated the size of rooms, furnishings, comfort of beds, kitchen supplies, outdoor space and garage. Neighborhood was quiet, safe and there was a wonderful park with a walking trail and great Mountain Views at the end of the block. New Mexico is very sunny so bring a sleep mask if you require darkness to sleep late - standard advice for all travelers but especially in the Southwest in summer. We appreciated the excellent communication with hosts and would definitely stay again.

Loved the location and the patio. Loved the ability to use the garage. Only issue was guest bathroom door only latched if slammed which was very inconvenient during the night. BR towel rack fell off when I placed my towel on it. OVERALL WONDERFUL!!!!!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed in many rentals in Albuquerque, and the Oso Cozy Casita is among our favorites. Evan and Derrick had great communication, and everything was easy. The house is clean and comfortably fit our family of 4. Beds were nice, and our young kids loved sharing the trundle bed. Kitchen has everything we needed for basic cooking (although, I will mention the single serve coffee/tea machine is currently a Nespresso brand. Not an issue, but just a heads up if you are bringing/buying your own pods - regular drip coffee machine is also available). The backyard space is limited, but still nice for sitting and pets. You can tell they are doing some work to improve it too. There is a great park and extensive open space just down the street. It is also a very convenient location to stores, restaurants, and getting around town. Thanks Evan and Derrick for a wonderful stay, we definitely hope to return the next time we are in town.

Weekend in Albuquerque

The house had everything we needed for our visit. Very clean and homey. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee pods available for first morning was wonderful. Having a garage to park was a huge bonus. We will definitely will stay here multiple times a year since it is down the street from our son’s home.

Clean place, close to restaurants and grocery stores, close to balloon fiesta park (20-ish minutes). Master bedroom is close to one of the other bedroom. There's a small den with a bed, good for another person (probably teenage or adult).

Best place to stay in ABQ!

This place was PERFECT. The location is great & the house is very comfortable, you'll feel right at home. You can easily go on walks/hikes to the park and on the trail systems without getting into the car at all! The house itself is beautifully decorated with a great, spacious kitchen & large bedrooms/ bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and sheets are all 100% cotton and very soft /comfortable! The property had everything that we needed for our 8 week stay and it was VERY clean! Having the fenced in yard was perfect and felt very safe. The garage access was great for getting into a cool car! Highly recommend staying here! We couldnt have asked for more and our host Evan was fantastic!

Loved this neighborhood!

My husband and I are from Albuquerque and came to visit family. We enjoyed staying in this neighborhood for a quiet and safe environment for our baby. We were also really glad to be able to park in the garage. All of the amenities were although we didn't get to use them as much as we wanted. We will definitely want to stay here again our next visit!

Great spot with all the basics

The house and property had everything we needed to stay for several days comfortably. They even had coffee pods and sugar so I didn't have to go to the store before having a cup of coffee.

Wonderful stay in ABQ

This was one of the best places we've stayed - clean, roomy, well furnished and equipped, quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, it was great having access to a washer & dryer. Our host was helpful, informative, communicative, pleasant. Felt brand new

We had a great stay. The layout of the house felt really spacious, everything had that new feel, and the common areas were very comfortable for hanging out. The neighborhood was quiet and was half a block away from a desert park that also had a playground and some grassy fields.
