Wonderful and an extremley clean place to stay. It was easy to check into the property. The property manager was pleasant and communicated effectively! Kitchen was well equipped w/ utensils, coffee machines, etc.. I highly recommend staying here.

There was a mouse running around on the dresser and tv stand. The mouse would run from one room to the other. There was also a roach in the main bedroom and both of the futons were very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time.

Just gross, first found cockroach in main bathroom, then found some in kitchen, then found another in second bathroom, then found several more in kitchen. They were crawling all over dishes and appliances which were stored on the counter. Also when I first arrived they had sent me to the wrong address, my booking said one address and the house I was supposed to be in was next door to it so I tried to go in the wrong house which was horrible. Then the entry code didn’t work on either house and I had to wait outside for the person. I checked out after one night because of the disgusting bugs crawling everywhere and because I was told to wait for an exterminator. I got out of there immediately and then I got no reply to my dissatisfaction from anyone past that. Just a bunch of stupid emails hoping my stay was awesome, well it wasn’t. I got ripped off and treated badly. I shouldn’t have to stay or pay for a place with bugs all over the eating area. Unacceptable.

A friend and I stayed here while taking a two week course at UNM. The house was clean and cozy. It was about a 20 minute walk from the part of the campus where we took the course so we did not need to rent a car. There are several restaurants nearby. We would stay there again.

Wonderful charming home near a lot nice restaurants and University. Great bike lanes and close access to freeway. Would stay again. The only main recommendation is a more comfortable couches would be nice. Perfect kitchen set up!

Overall, it's a decent spot, I'd give it 3.5 stars out of 5. The house itself is cute, with two bedrooms and two baths nicely decorated. Kitchen's well-stocked too. It's an older house so it creaks and moans with every step (no sneaking around in the night) Now, onto the bathroom situation. The main one has this 'wet room' thing going on, which took some getting used to plus low water pressure. But here's the kicker – the place is right on a busy neighborhood intersection. Wish that was mentioned in the listing; getting in and out of the driveway can take time depending on if the light is green or red. But hey, it's not all bad. The location does mean you're close to some good eats. So, if you can handle a bit of noise (at ALL times of the day) and don't mind the driveway dance, it's a cozy spot to crash for a bit.

We had a great stay at this house in Alburquerque. Everything was as advertised at the house. A perfect location, central to everything. Lots of close amenities. communication was quick. Would definetly stay again.
