THE SPACE
Casa Fiesta is a single-story duplex with two fully self-contained units that together create an exceptional private compound for larger groups. When you book the full property, you get exclusive use of both homes — no shared walls with strangers, no split-party awkwardness, and no fighting over the hot tub.
🏠Unit 1 — Casa Sol Fiesta (1BR / Sleeps 3) The cozier of the two units. Bright, colorful, and designed for couples or a small family who want their own retreat within the larger group. Featuring an open-plan living and dining area, full kitchen, king bed, and its own private covered patio with a dedicated hot tub and gas fire pit.
🏠Unit 2 — Casa Vista Fiesta (2BR / Sleeps 10) The group anchor. Designed for families, larger crews, or the main gathering hub of the trip. Two bedrooms — a king suite and a bunk room with two queen bunk beds — plus a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, and a fully enclosed private patio with a second hot tub, fire pit, and grill.
Combined, the full property accommodates up to 12 guests across 3 true bedrooms and 6 sleeping surfaces.

You`ll have exclusive use of both homes and all outdoor spaces — the full compound is yours. No shared interior spaces. No other guests on-site when you book the full property.
Self check-in on both units via keyless entry. Your unique door codes will be sent before arrival — no coordination needed, no waiting around.

* No parties, events, or large gatherings beyond registered guests
* Quiet hours after 10:00 PM, especially on patios
