Read all the details carefully. We booked in spite of mixed reviews. The negatives were accurate, such as no kitchen facilities, just the bathroom sink for water. This booking tagline says it has AC, which is their way of saying there’s no heat. We walked into an icy facility at check in and contacted the host, who was thankfully responsive. He informed us there was a space heater, but we could heat only one room. That’s an issue if you have plans for someone to use the living area pull out bed. There was only one extra bedding cover. The listing is dog friendly but we had to supervise ours as the yard is not secure. There’s a small plastic baby gate to protect the side with the rear suite access. The yard is not kept up so our dogs stepped in goat head stickers. There was no pooper scooper or trash can to clean up after them.
