Nous espérons que votre séjour sera à la fois agréable et serein. Conformément à la loi portugaise, nous insistons sur l'interdiction stricte du bruit après 22 h 00 afin de garantir la tranquillité de nos voisins.Pour maintenir un environnement paisible, nous avons installé un dispositif de surveillance sonore. Il mesure les niveaux de décibels, en particulier après 22 h 00. Si la limite est dépassée, un appel d'avertissement vous demandera de réduire le bruit.Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir comprendre et coopérer pour respecter cette exigence légale. Le non-respect de cette règle entraînera malheureusement l'annulation immédiate de votre réservation et aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.Les perturbations nocturnes causées par les clients sont interdites : entre 22 h 00 et 8 h 00.Les clients doivent respecter la nuit de repos du voisin et ne pas causer de problèmes ou de bruit ! De plus, pendant la journée, la musique diffusée à l'extérieur de la maison doit être maintenue à un niveau normal.Nous apprécions votre attention à ce sujet et votre engagement à maintenir un environnement de vie harmonieux durant vos vacances.
*Pour améliorer votre expérience, nous vous proposons la possibilité de chauffer la piscine pour un coût supplémentaire de 250 euros par séjour. Nous comprenons l'importance d'une piscine chaleureuse et accueillante pour votre plaisir.
*Pour assurer votre satisfaction, veuillez demander le chauffage de la piscine au moment de la réservation. Veuillez noter que la piscine nécessite un minimum de 85 heures pour atteindre sa température maximale de 28º. En planifiant à l'avance, nous pouvons vous garantir que votre piscine sera à la température idéale à votre arrivée.
