Welcome to Atlantic Heaven, your sunny retreat in Albufeira! This 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for summer holidays or cozy winter stays in the Algarve sun. Fits up to 4 guests with a comfortable double bed and two single daybeds in the living room.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony. Equipped with kitchen, full bath, Wi-Fi, and A/C. Enjoy resort amenities: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, minigolf, tennis, sports courts, pool table, ping-pong. (And also sauna for extra fee).

Designed for comfort and filled with natural light, our apartment offers the ideal setting for your Algarve getaway:

- Bedroom: Comfortable double bed (or two single beds), wardrobe with an indoor safety deposit box (safe), window with natural light, and a dedicated workspace featuring a desk and power source, perfect for remote work. (Crib available upon request).

- Living Room: Spacious and bright area with TV, 2 single daybeds, dining table, and direct access to the private balcony to enjoy open views.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare your favorite meals.

- Comforts: Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning (A/C), and easy free street parking right outside the complex.

The Complex & Resort Facilities:
Our apartment is located within a renowned resort-style complex. Although we rent the property privately—offering you a more personalized, flexible, and authentic stay—our guests have full and free access to most resort facilities:

- 2 large outdoor swimming pools with sunbathing areas.
- Indoor swimming pool & free hot tub (Jacuzzi) to unwind.
- Indoor sauna for an extra fee.
- Fully equipped Gym to keep up with your fitness routine.
- Fun & Entertainment: Minigolf course, pool table (billiards), and table tennis (ping-pong).
- Sports Courts: Tennis, volleyball, basketball, and football courts.
- Summer Vibes: During the high season, the complex opens two vibrant bars (perfect for a refreshing cocktail by the pool or an evening drink).

Location & Neighborhood
Located on the well-known Rua da Correeira, you will enjoy a strategic position in Albufeira. You are just a short walk away from the vibrant Strip (Oura/Montechoro), packed with restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Albufeira’s stunning beaches (like Praia da Oura) and the charming Old Town are just a quick drive or taxi ride away. You'll be close to all the action, yet in a peaceful location.
Guests will have full and private access to the entire apartment and its balcony.

Our guests will also enjoy complimentary, full access to most of the shared complex facilities.

Please note: The indoor sauna is available for an additional fee. The resort bars open during the high season only.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment at all times. However, guests are welcome to smoke outside on the private balcony, provided that the balcony door remains closed to prevent smoke from entering the property.

Master bedroom Setup: Standard setup 1 double bed. For 2 single beds, please request in advance when booking.

Free Crib: available upon request (sheets provided).

Resort facilities: Please note that the resort facilities (such as pools, gym, sports courts, minigolf, ping-pong, spa, etc.) are managed and maintained by the complex administration. While these amenities are normally fully operational and available for our guests, we cannot be held responsible, liable, or issue refunds for any temporary closures, maintenance works, or unavailability of these shared areas due to circumstances beyond our control or decisions made by the resort management.
