Villa Pauline is an impressive holiday home located in Albufeira, just a 15-minute walk from the centre and a short drive from Peneco and Pescadores beaches. Well-decorated and cosy, it is the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.



The property has 7 bedrooms, all with air conditioning: 1 double room, 5 double rooms with 2 single beds each, and 1 quadruple room with 2 bunk beds, with capacity for 16 + 4 guests. There are also 7 bathrooms spread throughout the house.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and ironing board. The spacious living/dining rooms are perfect for relaxing and socialising, and a terrace offers beautiful views of Albufeira.



For entertainment, there is a games room with table tennis and a snooker table. The exterior features a fabulous pool (heatable as an extra), surrounded by a well-maintained garden, patio, and barbecue area for outdoor meals.



Villa Pauline is located next to Villa Anna, offering the possibility of being booked together for larger groups.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Price for up to 16 persons

From the 17th to the 20th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only € 98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)

Villa Pauline is a gem!

The property is large, clean, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for our holiday. The kids loved the pool and games room, while the adults enjoyed the peaceful sun terrace with stunning views. The location couldn’t be better – close enough to the town and beaches but still private and quiet. We also appreciated the option to book the neighboring Villa Anna for our extended family. A perfect spot for a large group holiday!

Amazing

We had an amazing family reunion at Villa Pauline! This villa is designed for large groups, with comfortable bedrooms and ample space for everyone to relax. The outdoor area was our favorite... the pool, gardens, and BBQ made every day special. The location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and beaches. The added bonus of a games room kept everyone entertained. We’re already planning to come back next year!

Our stay at Villa Pauline was nothing short of incredible! The villa is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for our large group of friends. Each bedroom was comfortable, and having 7 bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and we loved the games room for some fun in the evenings. The outdoor area was a highlight, the private pool and BBQ area made our days so relaxing. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Albufeira’s Old Town and beautiful beaches. Highly recommended!

Brilliant

The villa is very spacious and spotless clean ideally suited for extended family groups. All of the bedrooms have air con. Bedlinen and lots of towels including pool towels were supplied. It is extremely well equipped and the kitchen. There is wi-fi and a good TV service including UK, Irish and many continental channels. Highly recommeded , really good value for money.

Our party of 14 couldn't have asked for a better escape in Albufeira. This villa exceeds all expectations with its spacious layout and top-notch amenities. We felt this holidays too short. We want to come back.
