Villa Molucas

Stunning Villa in a prime and center location. São Rafael, Albufeira is one of the most attractive places in all Algarve for your holidays. Here you will find all the convenience shops, restaurants and bars at a short walking distance. On top of that and most importantly, the best beaches are situated in this area. Castelo or Evaristo beach will be leaving you speechless when founding them through the nature paths and dunes.

This rental sleeps 10 + 2, perfect to accommodate all your family or group of friends.

Entering on the ground floor with large spaces, two different bedrooms with two different layouts can be found. The main one en-suite with a double bed and the second one with two twin beds. This second bedroom has space leftover for an extra bed or a crib, for example.
Walking up the steps to the 1st and main floor, this house counts with 2 more bedrooms, both ensuite and both also with two single beds each, for everyone’s convenience.

Continuing to get up the stairs and moving to the 2nd floor, another en suite bedroom is present, this with two single beds and a complete bathroom with tub. This last bedroom offers a fantastic feature that everyone will dispute for which is the access to the terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea and all the surroundings.

Now that all the top floors were seen, all the way down you can find this beautiful and newly refurbished basement with lots of entertainment for everyone. This main living and dinning space will give you everything you may need or want during your vacation. Downstairs, this open and wide kitchen offers all hidden appliances like microwave, oven and cooktop, a hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a standard fridge with freezer and plenty of counter space to get that imagination running and wow everyone with your cooking abilities.

In this big room there is also another full operating WC for guests’ convenience and a cozy laundry area with iron, iron board and vacuum cleaner.

To serve your meals a new glass tempered dinning table is ready for you, with this amazing view to the outside part of this amazing Villa.

The time for you to show your fresh bartender moves is here as this property comes with a full operating bar, while preparing the pool game on this giant pool table.

Last but definitely not least we present you the most fun part of the house, the exterior. After the double doors being open, you and your group won’t miss this enormous pool that sits in the center and can be heated as an extra for your holidays, with sun loungers and sun all day, what else are you missing for your spotless tan? This house also comes with a great barbecue and lounge space where you can sit everyone comfortable.

This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, free of charge.


Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
